Warranty
At Discounted Designer Watches, all our watches without exception are covered by their respective manufacturers' 2 year warranty, which is also backed by our own warranty. All watches purchased from Discounted Designer Watches are guaranteed genuine, brand new, in original condition with all boxes, instruction manuals, serial numbers intact, thus exactly as you would buy them from the High Street. Discounted Designer Watches offers genuine brand name watches at substantial discounts to the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Because of our discounted pricing, we are not "Authorised Dealers" as defined by the manufacturer, which means that we are not restricted to sell at the manufacturer’s retail price, and can pass on our fabulous discounts to you, our valued customers. All of our watches are genuine and authentic and all watches are brand new and unworn. We source our watches through authorised dealers and distributors and other established lines of distribution within the watch industry.
All warranties cover malfunctions due to manufacturing & material defects, battery replacement & water resistance under regular use within the manufacturer’s specifications. The warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals or glass, leather or fabric straps, damage due to excessive wear & tear, damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations & damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse. Watches opened or repaired by any other source will void all warranties. The warranty covers all parts and labour or replacement of the watch within the warranty period.
Returns
We strongly suggest all items are checked as soon as possible after receipt, as claims may not be accepted if reported after 72 hours of receiving the goods.
If an item is found to be faulty or you have received an incorrect order, please contact us within 72 hours, and where appropriate we shall endeavour to either have your order corrected, or give a full refund within 30 days including delivery costs.
If you wish to return an item for any other reason, simple send the item back to us within 7 days of receiving it by recorded delivery. Provided the item is in pristine condition and is in its original packaging, a full refund minus delivery costs, will be given within 30 days.
N.B Items must be sent back via recorded delivery.
